Allcargo Group, a prominent Indian-born global logistics powerhouse, has announced the appointment of Ketan Kulkarni as the new Deputy Managing Director of Gati Express and Supply Chain Pvt. Limited (GESCPL), a key subsidiary of Allcargo Gati Limited (formerly Gati Limited). GESCPL is a leading name in India’s express distribution and supply chain management sector, and Ketan’s appointment is expected to drive the company’s continued expansion.
Prior to this role, Ketan served as the Chief Growth Officer at Allcargo Group, working closely with the Chairman’s office. Now, as Deputy MD, Ketan will collaborate with Pirojshaw (Phil) Sarkari, Managing Director and CEO of GESCPL, to ensure a smooth leadership transition and spearhead growth across sales, operations, customer service, and digital innovations. Phil is set to retire on November 30, 2024, upon reaching superannuation but will remain as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director on the Allcargo Gati Limited Board.
With over 30 years of experience across various industries, including logistics, consumer durables, FMCG, and beverages, Ketan brings a diverse skill set and a proven track record to his new position.
