SML Mahindra Hosts Inaugural Annual Dealer Conference 2025, Sets Vision for Scalable Growth

SML Mahindra Limited reached an important organisational milestone with the successful hosting of its First Annual Dealer Conference 2025, held from 7 to 10 November at the Sheraton Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam. The four-day event brought together 110 dealer partners from across India, serving as a strategic forum to align business priorities, strengthen capabilities, and unveil the company’s Annual Business Plan for the year ahead.

The conference opened with a welcome address by Mr. Prashant Kumar, Chief General Manager – Marketing, who reflected on the previous year’s innovation-driven theme, Drive Change, Ignite Innovation. He then introduced SML Mahindra’s new strategic direction for FY25–26 — “Shaping New Heights – #GrowthAtScale”, signalling the company’s ambition to scale operations while strengthening its market presence.

Setting the tone for long-term leadership, Mr. Vinod Sahay, Executive Chairman, delivered the keynote address, outlining SML Mahindra’s strategic vision and its alignment with the broader Mahindra Group. He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to building leadership in specialised mobility solutions, while contributing to sustainable, inclusive economic growth across markets.

Providing a detailed roadmap for the year, Dr. Venkat Srinivas, Executive Director & CEO, presented the company’s FY25–26 business strategy. He highlighted key achievements from the previous fiscal year and emphasised the Mahindra Group’s continued support for the SML Mahindra business. A major focus was the deepening collaboration between MTB and SML, expected to enhance operational efficiency, manufacturing excellence, and overall customer experience.

Bringing sharp commercial focus to the discussions, Mr. Prashant Kumar returned with an in-depth session on sales strategy. He encouraged dealer partners to accelerate market penetration, unlock untapped segment potential, and capitalise on emerging growth opportunities to drive superior performance.

A forward-looking perspective was shared by Mr. Ritesh Agarwal, Chief Operating Officer & Plant Head, who highlighted SML Mahindra’s manufacturing strengths and future-ready production priorities. He also offered an exclusive preview of the company’s upcoming product pipeline, reinforcing its expanding ambitions within the evolving mobility ecosystem.

The conference concluded with an interactive Q&A session, enabling open dialogue between dealers and senior leadership on strategy, operations, and growth plans. The event culminated in a celebratory awards ceremony recognising outstanding dealer and employee achievements, followed by a gala dinner.
